This means your master password, financial data, and passwords are encrypted with AES-256 encryption on your device before they ever reach our servers. We never have the keys to decrypt your sensitive information.

Due to our zero-knowledge design, we cannot reset or recover your Master Password. It never leaves your device. However, during setup, you will receive a unique, system-generated Secret Key. This key, which you must store securely, can be used with a hint to help you recover your vault. This ensures that you, and only you, control access.
